On Friday I received reply from Kiev Archives .They have information I am looking for ,but they insists that payment for their service to be made only from Ukrainian territory, since I am in USA how can I do it?.

You can ask somebody, who lives in Ukraine, to make payment.

what's the usual waiting time from Kiev daco.Proof of payment was submitted on 9/19/16

I finally received reply from Kiev archives regarding Gecht and Ayzenshteyn All together 12 households.I am attaching most promising one,but I need your help in some reading,
1 What's the street address?
2nd What's the first name listed in #5
3rd How often last names were misspelled ?
4.Ruhlya husband not listed in the house hold I know for sure they have another child born in 1900 so he was alive at the time of census.

1) It me seems `Быстринская` ie `Bystrinskaya` street
2) `Идэс`, that is `Ides`
4) Ruhlya is clearly indicated as a widow here.

It's one of the most common female names of the time. Also Ida. ~~ Engl. Judith.

What month in 1897 census was conducted ? When was next census conducted in Russia (Ukraine) or Soviet Union ?

If Ruhlya was a widow in 1897 that's mean that her son Itsko was born in 1897 not 1900 as per Soviet passport.According to my late father his father was taken away shortly after birth by paternal grandfather for the reason unknown. Probably because Ruklya' s father could not feed another mouth.So far I cannot locate in the sensus documents Gecht or Gert family with grandson Itsko.That's one question.
2nd question - When Golda arrived to USA in 1904 or 05 She arrived with her uncle Isador and under his last name. No records for her grandparents or sister Ides.What happened to them ? My father or his sister Raya never mentioned Ides or their grandparents. I did not find any mention of them in letters exchange between grandfather and Raya or Raya and Golda.
